Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy


How to Return an Item


Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item within 30 days of your purchase.


  1. Please call and speak with a customer service representative to request a refund. Once authorized, we will assign you an RMA # (Return Merchandise Authorization). Please do not return your merchandise without a valid RMA number.

  2. Mail your returned item along with RMA # clearly written on the outside of the box to the address specified by your customer service agent.

  3. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt and the RMA # assigned to you.

Return / Refund Exceptions:


Some items cannot be returned such as paper, software, special programming fees, processing fees, etc. A customer service agent must authorize all returns or refunds.


Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.


Restocking Fee:


All items are subject to a 25% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.


Exchanges / Repairs:


If your equipment is not working because of a manufacturer defect, you will be authorized to return it for a replacement or for repairs. You must still obtain and RMA number first by speaking with a customer service agent.


Our LIFETIME equipment exchange program:


If you purchased your equipment from our company and you have your merchant services active and in good standing provided from our company; you qualify for our lifetime exchange program. This means that if your equipment stops working for any reason, we will repair or replace it with comparable equipment for as long as your merchant account is active and in good standing.
